Time Bank App
HINCare Time Bank App is a mobile app which is aimed at elderly users. Each user has their own time credit account. They are able to earn time credits by helping others, meanwhile, they can also cost time credits to enjoy service provided by NGO and volunteers. HIN plays an essential role in recommending users suitable volunteers smartly. Now Time Bank App is providing services to Christian Family Service Centre and Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui.
HINCare Portal
HINCare Web Portal is a back-end web portal designed for NGO Staff to manage their members. Staff can easily help elderly users who are not familiar with digital devices to apply for volunteer service and monitor the process during the service. Portal also provides several powerful functions such as data analysis, organization of centre activity etc, which enables staff has the flexibility of management.
