HINCare welcomes Sheng Kung Hui Tung Chung Integrated Services as the 8th partner to join the use of the Time Bank platform. HINCare Time Bank system will improve the efficiency of social workers and help match volunteers with those in need, and HINCare team will work with Sheng Kung Hui Tung Chung Integrated Services to promote the development of the community Time Bank project.
